Key Position Summary

 

This highly skilled professional will serve as a Center of Excellence leader for federal agencies in Australia, driving ERP migration initiatives with strategic planning and delivery expertise.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Services Collaboration: Support teams to develop business cases and qualify business drivers.
  • Customer Readiness Assessment: Engage early in SAP SuccessFactors opportunities to assess customer readiness.
  • Project Validation: Validate effort estimates and high-level implementation timelines.
  • Strategy Development: Provide instance strategy, integration strategy, data migration strategy, production cutover strategy, and post-go-live support strategy.
  • Project Management: Work collaboratively with consultants to manage project deliverables.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors product-suite.
  • Project Leadership: Lead small projects and change requests.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: More than six years consulting experience including solution architecture covering SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
  • HR Domain Knowledge: Sufficient HR domain knowledge related to the products for discussions with HR leaders.
  • Collaboration: Ability to share knowledge and work with process leads in a collaborative manner.
  • Methodology Understanding: Good understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
  • Certification: Formal SAP certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
