Job Description

As a senior investments lawyer within our Financial Services Team, you will be responsible for advising leading Australian and global institutional investors on their direct and indirect investments across various asset classes.

This includes providing guidance on investment structures and activities such as pooled fund investments, co-investments, funds-of-one, and direct investments in private market assets like real estate and infrastructure.

Additionally, you will assist superannuation and other investors with regulatory and compliance issues associated with their investment activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A background in financial services, with experience in investments or funds-related transactions and matters, including across the suite of private capital asset classes.
  • A passion to specialise in investments work with a focus on clients in the superannuation sector, while still building generalist expertise.
  • Excellent academics.
  • A desire to learn, grow, network, mentor others.
