Job Opportunity

The role of Legal Counsel is to provide expert legal guidance and support to the investment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, managing legal workstreams for direct infrastructure transactions and direct debt transactions, and providing advice on regulations and legislation.

Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating fund related documentation, IMAs and service agreements, managing external legal counsel, researching and providing training to the business, and supporting the broader team on M&A and JV activity.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and commercially astute lawyer keen to develop their career with experienced legal and investment teams. Experience and familiarity within a commercial investment and/or finance environment would be well-regarded.

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Managing legal workstreams for direct infrastructure transactions and direct debt transactions

Requirements
