About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our residential living investment team, you will support land acquisition and due diligence activities, review confidentiality agreements, manage property due diligence, and contribute to the negotiation of transaction and development rights documentation.

Key Responsibilities: Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working as a corporate transactional lawyer with property law expertise. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting land acquisition and due diligence activities
  • Reviewing confidentiality agreements and managing property due diligence
  • Contributing to the negotiation of transaction and development rights documentation
  • Assisting in structuring joint venture arrangements
  • Managing external legal counsel
  • Supporting compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
  • Playing a key governance role through engagement with directors and investment committees
