Key Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to work in our multidisciplinary team.

Service Delivery
  • Deliver specialist mental health services, including short to medium term episodes of care to meet the needs of individuals accessing the service.
  • Prescribe medications according to individual care plans and within scope of practice.
  • Provide support and guidance to family members, healthcare professionals, and other relevant stakeholders as required.
  • Liaise with referring organisations, developing referral pathways with local healthcare providers and other services.
