
Care Service Coordinator

Workforce rostering is a vital function in delivering quality care and services to the community.
This role requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, editing and maintaining rosters for direct care staff in accordance with individual contracts and Enterprise Agreement requirements.
- They will also be required to communicate effectively with customers, care staff, coordinators and nurses regarding changes to services.
- An additional responsibility will be coordinating cover for all shift vacancies due to planned or unplanned leave.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in rostering, preferably within the aged care/community services sector.
Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure are essential for this role.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to utilise their previous rostering skills and experience in a dynamic team environment.
