POSITION SUMMARY

Embark on an exciting journey as our new Marketing Manager.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in defining the future of space logistics and transportation. As the Marketing Manager, you will spearhead innovative campaigns that showcase our cutting-edge orbital services, playing a direct role in advancing our mission. We are in search of a driven and adaptable Marketing Manager to enhance our vibrant orbital servicing organization, tasked with steering our marketing initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position, you will engage in the following areas:

1. CRM Management:

  • Oversee the implementation and management of our CRM system (HubSpot) to optimize customer interactions and data handling.
  • Design and execute targeted marketing initiatives through the CRM to engage clients and boost sales.
  • Analyze customer insights to uncover trends, preferences, and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the CRM platform.

2. Public Relations and Communications:

  • Collaborate with the PR and communications team to devise and implement effective strategies.
  • Assist in drafting engaging press releases, articles, and promotional content.
  • Monitor media coverage and cultivate positive relationships with journalists and industry leaders.
  • Support the organization of press events, interviews, and other PR activities.

3. Digital Marketing Initiatives:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, website, etc.).
  • Create compelling and informative content to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and assess campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance outcomes.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

4. Adaptability and Versatility:

  • Exhibit a readiness to undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary.
  • Quickly adjust to shifting priorities and market dynamics.
  • Support other marketing and business development efforts as required.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

You will be an ideal candidate for this role if you possess:

  • A positive attitude, creative energy, and a passion for space.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, with a solid grasp of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including HooteSuite, Webflow, and Figma.
  • The ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional global teams.
