We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of major water infrastructure projects across the Sydney region.
This role is ideal for a strategic leader with deep expertise in water treatment, distribution networks, and civil infrastructure, who can drive complex projects from planning through to execution.
Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership across multiple water infrastructure projects Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation Manage stakeholder relationships with government agencies, contractors, and consultants Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards Lead risk management and quality assurance processes Mentor and guide project managers and technical teams Report progress to executive leadership and ensure alignment with business goals About You Minimum 10 years of experience in project delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Proven track record in managing large-scale water infrastructure projects Strong understanding of Australian water regulations and environmental compliance Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (preferred) Why Join Us?
