As a FIFO Village Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of a remote site. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and coaching a team, ensuring efficient operations, and providing exceptional customer service to residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and develop the onsite team
  • Manage daily operations to ensure smooth delivery
  • Prioritize resident satisfaction through strong customer service focus
  • Utilize Site Accommodation Management Systems effectively
  • Oversight of contract KPIs through regular client meetings
  • Foster relationships with clients and residents through quality delivery
  • Lead kitchen operations and maintain catering standards
  • Inventory control, including stock ordering and reporting
  • Audit compliance and service standards
  • Administrative tasks, such as report preparation and financial management

Requirements: Proven experience in managing sites with teams over 50, leadership skills, understanding of catering services, hospitality services, problem-solving, performance management, communication skills, intermediate computer skills, inventory control, food safety training, and experience with accommodation management systems.
