We are seeking individuals to fill Multi-Site Assistant Manager roles. This position requires a high degree of flexibility and ability to adapt to different work environments.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering positive team dynamics across multiple sites
  • Managing daily operations, engaging with staff and customers at remote locations
  • Providing support to existing management teams, covering annual leave and undertaking relief assignments
Key Qualifications
  • Ability to reside and work in remote areas
  • Flexibility and willingness to work across different sites
  • Able to take on hands-on responsibilities across various property aspects
  • Previous experience in a similar role or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to obtain or hold a National Police Clearance
  • Willingness to commit to a minimum 12+ month tenure
