Job Overview

Role Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Campaign Marketing Specialist to lead our customer marketing strategy and drive deep customer relationships.

This is a key role where you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to design, deliver, and report on integrated campaigns that address the customer lifecycle and financial motivations.

As our ideal candidate, you will have extensive experience in customer marketing and/or campaign management, data-driven and/or loyalty marketing, with a strong background in business or marketing.

You will be responsible for creating and executing customer journey communication plans, end-to-end campaign management, data extracts through to email builds, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver our customer marketing strategy to drive deep customer relationships
  • Lead and manage customer journey communication plans
  • Create and execute integrated campaigns that address the customer lifecycle and financial motivations
  • Manage all approvals for campaign activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
