**Marketing Campaign Producer**
Are you an experienced marketing campaign producer looking to take the reins in shaping and executing innovative campaigns? Sustain are working with a leading organisation, who are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Campaign Producer, where you will be the arms and legs for their marketing efforts.

**The Role**:

- Sydney CBD Office (hybrid/WFH)
- Remote work if Brisbane based
- $105K - $115K + Super

As a Marketing Campaign Producer, you will be responsible for running and managing the end-to-end plan for our marketing campaigns. You will be an integral part of the team, working closely with stakeholders across the business to support both retention and acquisition goals. Retention of members is a key focus, and you will play a vital role in building campaigns that encourage member engagement and involvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize your expertise in social media, particularly on LinkedIn (organic and paid) and Facebook, to optimize campaign performance and ensure successful implementation.
- Work alongside media agencies to facilitate media buying, and possess a keen eye for compelling copy that resonates with our audience.
- Drive the development and execution of member retention campaigns, highlighting exclusive opportunities and events.
- Organise community campaigns, such as scholarships and mentorship programs, to promote inclusivity and diversity.
- Leverage your strong analytical skills to navigate Google Analytics and dashboarding tools, making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the personalization team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with specific audience segments.
- Provide valuable insights to stakeholders through comprehensive campaign reporting.

**Required Experience**
- Familiarity with analytics tools to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Understanding of media buying and ability to work effectively with media agencies.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn (organic and paid) and Facebook for campaign optimisation.
- Experience in CMS platforms is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to optimizing campaign performance.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
