Our organization is seeking skilled professionals to provide essential care services to older adults in their homes. As a Specialised Care Professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing practical assistance with daily tasks and activities.

You will be responsible for providing personal care, such as assisting with showering and dressing, helping with household chores, including meal preparation and light cleaning, and providing transportation to appointments and assisting with shopping. You will also be required to assist with medication management and other care-related tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Patience and empathy when interacting with clients
  • Valid driver's license and access to an insured, reliable vehicle
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (preferred but not necessary)
