We are seeking passionate and caring professionals to provide personalized support and care to older Australians in their homes or community settings.
- Deliver tailored support to clients, enhancing their quality of life.
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, domestic assistance, and meal preparation.
- Support clients with shopping, transportation, and social activities.
This is a rewarding role that requires empathy, understanding, and a commitment to improving the lives of older individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care and support to clients.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Working effectively within a team environment.
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (desired but not essential for entry-level positions).
- First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain prior to employment.
- Previous experience working with older people, including those with dementia and/or complex needs (desirable).
- Empathy for older people within the community.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
