Emergency Patient Transport Specialist

Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring efficient and effective transport of non-emergency patients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the comfort and respect of each patient throughout their journey.
Your role involves providing dignified care to patients, performing patient assessments, and intervening as necessary. You will also develop positive working relationships with patients and stakeholders, work independently, and problem-solve within established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments and provide interventions as required
- Offer high-quality patient care and treatment during transport
- Develop strong relationships with patients and stakeholders
- Work independently, applying problem-solving skills and adhering to established procedures
- A relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in a paramedical science or health-related field
- Availability to work varied shifts across 7 days
- Ability to drive in both urban and rural traffic conditions
- Demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and commitment to delivering excellent service
