Patient Transport Specialist

Mobile patient care is a vital service that offers non-emergency patient transport across Victoria and some areas of New South Wales.
About the RoleYou will be delivering high-quality patient-focused care as an ambulance transfer attendant, ensuring efficient transport of pre- and post-hospital patients.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and intervene as necessary during on-road transport.
- Provide exceptional patient care and treatment during transportation, prioritizing patient well-being.
- Maintain positive relationships with patients, stakeholders, and team members.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in paramedical science, nursing, or a related field.
- Desirable but not essential: experience working in the non-emergency patient transport sector.
- Satisfactory completion of background checks, including a current full driver's license, state driving history, working with children's check, national police check, and the right to work in Australia.
