Personal Support Assistants

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Assistants to provide care and support for elderly clients in their own homes. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires long shifts of 6-10 hours, 7 days a week.
About the Role:As a Personal Support Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming, preparing meals and snacks, providing medication reminders and assistance, and engaging in activities that promote mental and physical well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with daily living tasks
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks
- Provide timely medication reminders and assistance
- Engage in activities promoting mental and physical well-being
- Aged Care qualification or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
