Job Title: Disability Employment Consultant

About the Role:

In this role, you will work collaboratively in a productive environment to help people with an injury, illness or disability become work-ready and find suitable employment. You will leverage your drive, passion and exceptional customer service skills to enable better lives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Source employment opportunities for job seekers
  • Help job seekers identify their skills and secure employment
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers
  • Increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and other support services
  • Create and implement joint job plans to support a clear pathway to employment
  • Build relationships with local employers and community organisations

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Able to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
