**Plumbing Career Development Specialist**

We are on a mission to empower students with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their trade careers.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Trades Trainer, or a qualified tradesperson ready to transition into training.

As a Career Development Specialist, you will inspire and shape our future trade professionals by:

- Delivering engaging training sessions, sharing your practical knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to aspiring tradespeople.
- Assisting in the development of comprehensive training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborating with senior staff to implement effective programs ensuring successful student outcomes.
