Service Technician Role Summary

Toro Australia is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our Equipment team in Wetherill Park, NSW. This role is responsible for the mechanical aspects of repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment within a specified region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cylinder sharpening and cutting unit setup.
  • Adhere to OEM guidelines to build new equipment for customer use.
  • Coordinate and perform various mechanical tasks involved in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment.
  • Establish professional working relationships with customers.
  • Maintain relevant service-related information.

Requirements

  • Excellent self-organizational and customer service skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Experience in maintaining hydraulic, electric, and mobile plant equipment, with strong diagnostic skills.
  • Proven experience or understanding of turf or turf machinery maintenance is highly regarded.
