The Position

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be an ambassador of our core values, overseeing day-to-day operations, training, and team development. Your role will involve coordinating restaurant operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences while managing financial performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of your restaurant
  • Be active in planning and restaurant operations to allow for future growth
  • Manage all expected reporting, sales, and expenses
  • Lead by example and role model our standards and behaviours
  • Supervise and coach staff to deliver Fishbowl's core values and culture
  • Deliver superior customer service to every customer, every time
  • Maintain critical standards of product quality, daily food safety, and sanitation minimums
