Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the Human Resources department to implement learning and development initiatives, talent management programs, culture and diversity strategies, and organizational transformation projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive learning and development programs
  • Embed the organization's values and drive workforce culture, leadership, and capability development initiatives
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality training materials, presentations, correspondence, and promotional content
  • Facilitate and coach skills including facilitation of training programs to enhance capability development and workplace culture

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience in Organizational Development, Adult Learning, or a related field
  • Minimum of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain certification
  • Demonstrated capacity to adopt and model strong interpersonal and influencing skills, as well as a client-centric approach to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Extensive experience in preparing and delivering training content, presentations, correspondence, and promotional materials, accompanied by high-level written and oral communication skills
  • Proven expertise in facilitation and coaching skills, including the facilitation of training programs to improve capability development and workplace culture
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:

  • This is a permanent position
  • To be eligible for permanent appointment, you must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency
