Job Description

About this role:

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to real-world outcomes that support the growth of social and affordable housing in Queensland.

A collaborative initiative between three peak and industry organisations, Community Housing Futures aims to enhance the capabilities of community housing organisations.

The Sector Capacity Lead will be responsible for supporting all aspects of program implementation, including planning, delivery, evaluation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting sector development and capability building
  • Providing business advisory services, including procurement and coordination of consultants for capability appraisals
  • Developing tools and resources for learning and development
  • Managing governance and evaluation processes

This position requires a deep commitment to driving growth in housing supply to meet the needs of vulnerable Queenslanders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful applicant will hold relevant tertiary qualifications and have experience in the community housing industry, preferably in capacity-building roles.
