We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Onboarding Specialist to join our team at MYOB. As a key member of our Financial Services Onboarding team, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately assessing and making decisions on merchant applications within established MYOB policies, procedures, and risk appetite.
You will gather, analyze, and assess information relating to MYOB Online Payment applications, including merchant business and personal profile, to effectively assess their risk profile. You will prepare risk review documentation highlighting areas of risk with a recommendation and raise this to management.
Additionally, you will keep detailed and accurate records of client data and applications within MYOB CRM and associated systems.
What You Will Bring- Experience in financial, payment, or related risk assessment environment preferred
- Experience in AML – CTF, KYC policies and procedures preferred
- Effective communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced in delivering results and meeting the expectations of external business partners and clients
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
