As a Senior Information Technology Engineer, you'll be responsible for handling L3 escalations, working on projects such as migrations and infrastructure upgrades, managing multiple clients, and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, with a focus on networking, Windows Server, and Microsoft workplace solutions. They should also have excellent problem-solving abilities, be proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
