A leading Federal Government department is looking to for a multiple Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a highly multidisciplinary team deliver critical national security infrastructure projects. The successful Senior Infrastructure Engineer will contribute to the design, deployment, and sustainment of secure Linux and Kubernetes environments. The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will be offered a 12-month contract with a possibility of extension, open to ACT.

The successful Senior Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Lead the design, engineering, deployment and maintenance of high availability, scalable Linux and Kubernetes systems
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate deployment, security and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define system requirements and deliver integration solutions
- Lead an integrated Agile DevOps team and document technical process

The successful Senior Infrastructure Engineer will have experience in the following:

- Minimum five years/' experience in infrastructure engineering or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Linux (RHEL 7+) system administration and Kubernetes deployment
- Strong capability in CI/CD practices, including Ansible scripting and workflow development.
- Excellent stakeholders engagement skills and proven leadership experience.
