Troocoo is seeking a seasoned professional to drive our national strategy across third-party advice channels. The Head of Partnerships will oversee adviser engagement, onboarding and retention, and execute Troocoo's broader advice distribution strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a national IFA/TPA sales and distribution strategy.
- Lead adviser and licensee partnerships, including those with Centrepoint Alliance.
- Manage referral programs, book transitions, and scalable advice delivery models.
- Represent Troocoo through thought leadership, industry events, and strategic forums.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align distribution and advice with product, digital, and member experience.
- Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team focused on growth, retention, and reputation.
About You:
You are commercially savvy, well-connected, and thrive at the intersection of advice, growth, and influence. You're a trusted connector, comfortable with strategic negotiation, executive forums, and hands-on execution. To succeed, you will:
- Demonstrate leadership experience in advice distribution, partnerships, or business development.
- Have a strong understanding of the IFA/TPA landscape and advice industry dynamics.
- Possess a strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to drive channel growth and business development outcomes.
- Exhibit exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
- Have experience in superannuation or financial advice, or a related field with relevant industry knowledge.
- Hold tertiary qualifications in finance, commerce, or business; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
- Demonstrate an enterprise-minded approach and ability to work collaboratively across executive levels.
