Role Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing management oversight to a team including rostering, timesheet approvals, supervision, coaching and role modelling behaviours that foster a positive team culture.

You will ensure efficient service delivery following our practice framework and disability pathways service delivery model. This includes coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality client care.

In this role, you will participate in the on-call schedule to address client escalations outside of regular hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate qualifications in Human Services or related field desirable.
  • 3-5 years' experience working with vulnerable and at-risk clients with disability and complex needs.
  • Strong communication skills, computer literacy and administration skills.
  • Ability to manage stressful circumstances adeptly.
