Our organization seeks a skilled Data Analyst to fill a key role in driving our data capabilities forward.
This position plays a critical part in enhancing our ability to analyze and understand business needs, by designing and implementing data analytics solutions that deliver actionable insights.
We require an individual who can translate business objectives into clearly defined data requirements, collaborate with stakeholders to identify analytical questions, and deliver fit-for-purpose insights. Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing enterprise level business insights dashboards and reports
- Cleaning, structuring, and validating incoming datasets to ensure analysis-ready outputs
- Designing and implementing appropriate data modelling
- Creating a business glossary/data dictionary
- Rapidly prototyping visual dashboards and reports that align with business questions and user needs
The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills for visualization, as well as the ability to work efficiently with data exploration and storytelling. They will also be proactive in contributing to data process improvements, data governance, and team process improvements.
Maintaining high standards of data quality is essential, leveraging relevant tools and techniques to ensure seamless delivery of results.
