Heavy Diesel Fitter Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Diesel Fitter to join our team. As a Heavy Diesel Fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy equipment in our operations.

About the Role
  • You will work on a variety of equipment, including drills, excavators, trucks, and auxiliary equipment.
  • Your primary duties will include preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs, attending breakdowns, and running complex diagnostics/testing and fault finding of mobile fleet.
  • You will also identify and rectify faults during inspections and follow specific maintenance programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Australian Recognised Heavy Mechanical Qualifications
  • Technically/mechanically sound skills with Liebherr, CAT, Cummins and/or Epiroc is highly sought after
  • Demonstrated diagnostics and breakdown experience with ideally both trucks & ancillary equipment
