This role involves inspiring and engaging with schools to participate in the World's Greatest Shave campaign. As a representative, you will be responsible for visiting schools, introducing them to the campaign, and motivating students and teachers to get involved.

  • Use digital channels to contact schools and introduce yourself to find the right contact for the World's Greatest Shave.
  • Visit schools to introduce them to the World's Greatest Shave and get them involved.
  • Give engaging talks to students and teachers about the cause and how they can help.
  • Follow up with phone calls, emails, or more visits to answer questions and help schools get started.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspiring and signing up schools to participate in the World's Greatest Shave campaign.
  • Reconnecting with past fundraisers and inviting them back.
  • Supporting schools already signed up to have the best possible experience while maximising funds raised for Australians living with blood cancer.
Requirements
  • Confidence speaking to groups (whether that's in a classroom or assembly hall).
  • A friendly, approachable manner and the ability to connect with people quickly.
  • Great communication skills – in person, over the phone, and in writing.
  • Good organisation and time management.
  • A driver's licence and your own reliable car (you will be reimbursed for your kilometres).
  • A Working With Children Check (or willingness to get one before starting).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, promotions, or community engagement.
  • An understanding of schools and youth culture.
  • Experience with a CRM (like Salesforce) or using Microsoft Office.
