Job Title: Clinical Territory Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to leverage our science, market-leading technologies and global reach to shape the wound care market from within leading skin and wound businesses.

You will strive to exceed sales targets by selling and providing clinical education to existing customers on the benefits of our products, driving and growing revenue in medical solutions and devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new accounts/customers and extend product usage within the clinical environment.
  • Maintain and grow customers within the existing portfolio.
  • Evaluate and align sales and clinical strategy with commercial directives.
  • Work with state teams and regional sales managers to develop and update state sales plans.
  • Develop relationships and communicate with key opinion leaders.
  • Sell the features/clinical benefits of our products and provide clinical education to prescribers, key opinion leaders, and medical staff to drive and grow revenue.
  • Participate in pre-tender planning, tender submission, and post-contract planning to ensure timely completion of inter-functional tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university (e.g., business, nursing, or related).
  • Strong sales performance within medical solutions and/or devices.
  • Experience in wound care is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in operating theatres, CSSD, and infection control is advantageous.
  • Leadership experience in cross-functional teams is desired.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, confident in presenting strategies.
