Clinical Pharmacist Leader

About the Role:

This role is focused on leading education and training activities, ensuring optimal use of medicines at ward level, and providing an advanced clinical pharmacy service.

As a key member of the pharmacy department, you will develop, deliver and maintain locally-based schemes for all grades of pharmacist and clinical pharmacy technician staff. You will also mentor and coach junior pharmacists and students during their studies.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide an efficient and effective service. This will involve working closely with other departments to ensure that medicines are used safely and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead on all education and training activities.
