Clinical Pharmacist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated pharmacist to join our hospital team as a Clinical Pharmacist. This is a great opportunity to increase your scope of practice and deliver high-quality patient care.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team to provide best practice pharmacy services, counsel patients on medication usage, and educate staff.
  • You will be responsible for providing exceptional patient-centred care and contributing to delivering high-quality patient care.

This role offers a direct pathway to specialise in Clinical Ward Pharmacy, Oncology or Clinical Trials.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA.
  • A high level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software.

This is a permanent part-time or full-time position available with flexible working arrangements.
