Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to lead our Early Childhood teams in Melbourne. The successful candidate will have at least two years of full-time experience in an Early Childhood setting, focusing on delivering high-quality childcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure child safety and welfare by actively supervising and interacting with children.
- Educate and care for children to the highest standards, engaging them in meaningful interactions that support life and learning skills.
- Foster a nurturing environment for children across multiple campuses.
- Provide childcare services that meet national regulations, including the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework.
What You'll Need:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognised Registered Training Organisation or ACECQA approved equivalent.
- Minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience.
- Genuine passion for Early Childhood education and development.
- Ability to manage a team and communicate effectively with parents and families.
