**Your Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
- Work collaboratively with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to create a nurturing environment that promotes learning and development
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the community to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment
- Contribute to the creation of a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social well-being

**Requirements:**
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check/Blue Card
