Disability Employment Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Disability Employment Consultant.
Your primary responsibility will be to support participants with disabilities or barriers to employment in securing jobs that match their skills and interests. You will work closely with employers, community groups, and other stakeholders to deliver tailored employment solutions.
- Identify job opportunities for participants and secure placements with local employers
- Support participants in developing the skills needed to become job-ready
- Deliver high-quality services while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
- Enhance participant employability through training and referrals to relevant support services
- Develop personalized job plans to help participants achieve clear employment pathways
- Maintain positive relationships with employers, community groups, and other stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Availability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
