The Role

As a Flagship Apparel Supervisor, you will support the management team by leading your department in delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the store's management to maintain standards and achieve results.

  • Model exceptional customer service consistently
  • Coach team members to deliver outstanding service and foster a 'service over task' environment
  • Drive sales, conversion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with the back-of-house team to ensure product availability
  • Uphold retail standards and visual merchandising excellence

Key responsibilities include:

Leadership and Coaching

Lead by example, driving sales and KPIs, coaching your team, and maintaining visual standards to ensure your department is well-stocked.

Customer Service and Sales

Provide unparalleled service and style, offering access to top brands, quality products, and a memorable shopping experience that sets us apart.

Team Management

Support management to improve financial performance within your department, assisting with profit protection processes and participating in new team member inductions and ongoing training.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 2 years of retail or similar industry experience
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • A positive attitude and ability to motivate your team
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for engaging customers and team members
