About the role

We are seeking an experienced front of house professional to join our team.

This is a full-time position where you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.

As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital part in supporting the smooth running of our busy office.

  • Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Manage the reception & showroom area and ensure it is kept clean and tidy
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle enquiries with patience and empathy
  • Support the administrative team with various clerical duties as required
  • Maintain an organised filing system and update records as needed

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of people
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software such as Microsoft Office
  • A friendly, professional and helpful attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
