Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations effectively.
  • Drive sales growth and consistently meet departmental KPI targets.
  • Develop your team to provide outstanding customer service, embodying our inverted triangle structure.
  • Lead by example and clearly communicate management expectations.
  • Manage high volumes of stock efficiently.
  • Implement merchandising strategies in line with business objectives.
  • Execute catalogue campaigns with effective signage and setups in your department.
  • Support recruitment, training, and development initiatives within your team.
  • Conduct high-volume stocktakes and implement stock integrity initiatives to enhance departmental profitability.

  • Proven experience in retail management is essential.
  • Experience in managing high-volume or large-scale stock is preferred.
  • An Owner's Mindset in your leadership approach.
  • A motivating attitude that inspires your team to surpass goals.
  • Experience in developing and implementing performance plans.
  • A resilient problem solver, driven by innovation and effective time management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain training at our expense.
