Strata Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a diligent Strata Cleaner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the building, including floors, walls, windows, and common spaces.
  • Operate cleaning equipment and supplies as required.
  • Report any necessary maintenance or repairs to management.

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in cleaning services.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Punctual and reliable attendance is essential.
  • Able to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Police Certificate.
  • Valid Driver Licence.
  • NDIS Work Screening Check.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time and part-time positions available.
  • Monday to Friday schedule.
  • On call availability required.
