We're looking for a seasoned expert to join our team as a Senior Manager, overseeing Workday Financials projects. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in project delivery.

Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact in our finance practice. As a Senior Manager, you'll play a dual role: driving strategic growth while contributing directly to project success.

  • Project Oversight & Delivery: Provide high-level guidance on multiple Workday Finance projects, identifying risks and resolving issues to ensure successful delivery.
  • Sales & Business Development: Partner with the sales team to develop compelling RFP responses, estimate costs, and create Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Leadership & People Development: Foster a collaborative culture, mentor junior consultants, and conduct skills assessments to identify cross-training opportunities.
  • Practice Management: Contribute to the strategic direction of our Workday Finance practice, leading or supporting key initiatives and innovation efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of Workday Finance implementation experience, with a strong background in solution architecture.
  • Proven track record as a senior consultant or solution architect on complex Workday projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
