About The Role

As a pivotal Account Executive, you'll fuel Workday's growth by driving net new business within the dynamic Medium Enterprise segment across Victoria.

You'll immerse yourself in complex sales cycles, leveraging your consultative selling expertise to initiate and nurture long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.

You'll become an expert in our cutting-edge cloud transformation solutions, demonstrating how our enterprise applications positively disrupt the industry and empower businesses to thrive. About You

We are searching for a resilient, driven, and highly motivated individual who is actively looking to launch and accelerate their Account Executive career within a global SaaS powerhouse.

  • You're an aspiring SaaS superstar: You have a keen desire to specialize in cloud technology sales and understand the immense potential of this industry.
  • You thrive under pressure: Your resilience ensures you navigate challenges with determination, seeing every obstacle as an opportunity to learn and grow.
  • You're a proven performer: You possess a stellar sales track record, consistently exceeding quota and achieving club recognition (or its equivalent).
  • You're a strategic thinker: You excel in consultative selling, building rapport and trust, and guiding clients through intricate decision-making processes.
  • You're a self-starter: You're proactive, embrace continuous improvement, and are always looking for ways to refine your approach and deliver exceptional results.

Basic Qualification (must have):
  • 3+ year experience in a similar role managing complex sales cycles.

Other Qualifications (preferred but not essential):
  • Experience selling SaaS products.
  • Experience working with / in the Professional Services industry.
