Senior Workday Financial Solutions Architect

This role requires a strong technical background in Workday Finance and experience in leading teams to implement complex systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the business requirements and technical capabilities of Workday, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute Workday Finance strategies.
- Create detailed project plans and timelines for successful implementation.
- Lead and mentor junior consultants on project workstreams.
- Evaluate and mitigate project risks.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- 4+ years of experience in Workday Finance and Procurement implementation.
- 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting area.
- Experience with cloud ERP systems preferred.
The successful candidate will be an expert in Core Financials, Procurement, Projects, and Expenses, with a strong data-driven and solution-driven mindset.
Skills and Qualifications- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Workday finance modules and configuration best practices.
