About the Role

Surf Life Saving Australia is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing desktop environments, providing technical support across all computing and room presentation devices, and overseeing Office 365 services and licenses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage desktop environments
  • Provide technical support across all computing and room presentation devices
  • Oversee Office 365 services and licenses
  • Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of SLSA applications
  • Carry out acceptance testing for changes to SLSA systems

Requirements

  • Qualifications or equivalent relevant experience in supporting computer systems
  • A current Australian Drivers Licence and a vehicle or access to a vehicle to travel between offices as required
  • Flexible approach to work hours
  • Willingness to participate in an After Hours On-Call support roster
