Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Financial Services team as Regional Engineering Director.

This key role will require partnership with top customers, account teams, marketing teams, and subject matter experts to drive product engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage technical expertise to engage key customers for workshops on cloud technology and solution architecture design.
  • Develop familiarity with core systems including limitations, dependencies, and security vulnerabilities, conversant in cloud-native architectures.
  • Coordinate information gathering from customers, industry priority scenarios, and engineering gaps to inform product engineering decisions.
  • Promote collaboration work with key partners to understand business and technical challenges using our platform.
  • Manage customer/partner escalations and provide coaching support to account teams.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong technology leadership with experience in Financial Services.
  • Deep understanding of sales strategies for top-tier banks and institutions.
  • Executive maturity and senior leadership experience.
  • Exceptional messaging and communication skills.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills and adaptability.
