Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a driven and organized Online Furniture Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at the Macquarie Park Head Office. As more customers turn to online platforms for their furniture needs, this role is pivotal in supporting our sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with incoming customer inquiries and facilitate furniture sales.
  • Monitor customer feedback and ensure timely follow-up for issue resolution.
  • Utilize internal systems to track and address customer queries effectively.
  • Evaluate customer inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Achieve potential monthly commissions ranging from 3-4k.
  • Work required on weekends during peak periods, with flexibility for other days.
  • Focus solely on sales without additional responsibilities such as ticketing or showroom maintenance.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in sales or retail, particularly in managing customer inquiries through to resolution.
  • Proficient in technology, especially the Microsoft suite.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Possess a friendly demeanor and a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Eager to learn new tools and enhance skills within the digital marketing landscape.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce is advantageous, and experience in furniture retail is a plus.
