**About Us**

Domayne is a leading retailer of furniture and homewares, seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team at our Osborne Park Clearance Outlet Store.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Developing and maintaining a high level of product knowledge, including furniture for indoor and outdoor settings, and couches.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participating in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for retail and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A high level of product knowledge and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Experience in a customer-focused retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and late nights.
