Role Overview: As an Online Furniture Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales through effective customer engagement and support. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic online environment and are eager to contribute to our growing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with incoming customer inquiries and facilitate furniture sales.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Utilize internal systems to track and manage customer queries effectively.
- Convert customer inquiries into successful purchases.
- Achieve potential monthly commissions ranging from 3-4k.
- Work primarily on weekends during peak periods, with optional shifts available.
- Focus solely on sales activities without the distraction of ticketing or showroom maintenance.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in sales or retail, with a focus on resolving customer inquiries.
- Proficient in technology, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Possess a friendly demeanor and a strong customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with e-commerce is advantageous, and experience in the furniture sector is a plus.
