Role Overview

The Casual Educator role involves contributing to the education program in a team, engaging and supervising children, maintaining a safe environment, and building strong relationships with children and families.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the education program
  • Engage and supervise children at all times
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and relevant policies and procedures
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
Requirements

Applicants should be ACECQA-approved early childhood qualified educators who are willing to travel between services and have flexible availability between Monday and Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm.
